Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that during peak periods or new product launches, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Some ARTES products — including room sprays and diffusers — contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids under Australia Post transport regulations.
To comply with these safety guidelines:
- Orders containing alcohol-based products must be shipped via ground transport only.
- These parcels cannot be sent via air freight.
- As a result, delivery times for these orders may be slightly longer than standard shipping estimates, particularly for interstate deliveries.

Lost or Damaged Items
We take care to package everything with love, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at hello@artes.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
