ARTES 7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every ARTES scent you bring into your space. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of delivery — provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@artes.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Faulty or damaged items: We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles, diffusers, or room sprays
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Final sale or discounted products

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange an item, let us know in your return request — we’d be happy to help.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
