For candles, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use and let the wax pool reach the container’s edge on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Keep candle sealed with lid between uses. Store your candle, spray or diffuser in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the scent and color.
For candles ,burn times vary by size: typically, our 60G tins last 10–15 hours, while full-sized candles range between 40–60 hours. For diffusers, it depends on a number of internal factors within your home, but typically between 1 - 3 months.
Yes we do. We ship to a large number of countries globally. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us. Candles are unlikely to be restricted, but please check your country’s customs requirements before ordering to avoid any headaches. For now, we are not able to ship sprays and diffusers internationally. Any duties or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
